Beautiful Three Bedroom Holiday Villa in Duquesa
|
This beautiful large air conditioned villa is probably one of the best located villas in Duquesa.
With commanding views over the Mediterranean across to North Africa and yet only a few minutes walk to the marina with it's shops, bars and restaurants and a couple of minutes further to a choice of two blue flag beaches.
The villa is built into the hillside just above the golf course and has a large lounge with a terrace from where you can see the yachts entering and leaving Duquesa marina.
Having marble floors the villa is cool even in the hottest months but there is also ducted air conditioning throughout which can also heat the villa in the winter months.
There are three good size bedrooms with the master bedroom having an en-suite. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the other two bedrooms have twin beds. There is also a cot if required which can easily be accommodated in either of the two largest bedrooms.
You enter the villa into a hallway with a well equiped kitchen on the left hand side and a cloakroom with a toilet and wash basin on the right hand side. The large lounge and dining room are straight ahead leading onto a large terrace which we use for barbeques. From the terrace there are stairs down to the garden.
The hallway has a staircase leading down to the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The villa has the living accommodation on the first floor and the bedrooms downstairs to take advantage of the spectacular views.
From the master bedroom there is a french window leading into the private garden which overlooks the shared swimming pools.
There is also communal gardens with a large swimming pool and a shallow pool for toddlers.
